Loyalty Program FAQ

Q: How many points do I have?

A: Your points balance will be displayed at check out under the Rewards Points Tab. You will also be sent monthly emails with your updated points.

Q: My points are not showing up! Where are they?  

A: Your point balance will be updated at the beginning of every month. Points will be awarded with a one month delay meaning that points earned from a license purchased in March will not be available to spend until May.

Q: When will I receive my items?

A: All of the orders placed in a month will be shipped on the 15th of the following month.

Q: How do I spend points?

A: When you check out you will have the option to apply your points to your order. You can then pay the difference with a standard payment method.

Q: How much is a point worth?

A: Each point is worth $1.00.

Q: I don't like any of these choices. Don't you have anything else?

A: The catalog of items will continue to grow and change seasonally so check back frequently.

Q: Can I get X with the NCC Logo instead?
